I worked with April to implement a very important initiative at GE. During the two year project, April provided strong expertise and knowledge, sharing best practices and counsel to important stakeholders. She took the initiative to provide technical and professional domain expertise through the Lead Generation Center of Excellence. The Lead Generation COE is an online community she created to share best practices and key information with the team. Her leadership helped implement lasting change through multiple GE businesses.
